Numbers seem to be able to work, but being new to the mid/short term rentals makes me wonder.

I feel like there will be lots of people that are ready to get our of their home offices!

That said, expect a 24-48-hour response time to requests/negotiations. 

We basically want property to generate some cash flow and long term appreciation.

(I gave about 45 days notice).

Just hoping to get some opinions real quick......I live in a gated Lake community in California...
