Tenant has continued to make payments failed payments and failed to keep up property with violations from the city.

Education will significantly shorten that time. 

Keep getting educated so you can position yourself to take action. 

Do I have any remedy other than to continue to pay the mortgage until the house is sold.

It all comes down to having a relationship with a good insurance agent that can help educate you on these things with specific regard to this property.

Most don’t even bother to tune into job and unemployment numbers anymore due to how skewed different data sets have become.Even though the most conservative figures show housing rebounding, especially in hot areas like San Diego, there continue to be doubters.

I'm wondering if anyone has any good educational resources on how to get started buying "on the courthouse steps"- tax properties, etc.?
