I've had a couple of folks going to the BP conference in Nashville ask me about things they should do/see/eat while they are there. 

I'm in Shasta County (Redding) and we have a big market here for STR due to a big ministry school we have here and they rent to students, and people that come from around the country for conferences, plus all the natural resources we have within a short distance (Lake Shasta, Whiskeytown, Burney Falls, Mts.

He never mentioned STRs in his press conference last Friday despite the fact that the crescendo of pleas to open STRs has been growing over the past two weeks.

I have not dealt with this on a flip property but I do have to speak up in defense of painting over wallpaper in some situations.

I'm all for a system where everyone is provided with at least a minimum standard for care, with people (like me) having the right to choose and pay for private care anytime I want.This is the way it works for lots of stuff in this country (civil defense, municipal utilities, public transportation, broadcast TV, etc); I don't see people complaining that local police forces providing a standard of security are a socialistic concept...why is health care any different?

Steve, while i respect that, please take into consideration that was only a 3 series win, the Kings had to go 4, seven game series to win the cup, plus, did at as the 8th seed and are the only team in NHL histroy to take out the #1, #2, and #3 seeds in their conference in a playoff year.

And, if such were the case you'll not have much of a defense claiming any consumer protection from a deal you put together in violation of consumer protection laws. :)
