But, people from households who scream at each other,  or throwing around the F-bomb while on a voicemail to me, regardless of their race, are not a protected class.Being distracted by your child while on the phone, is fine.

I would say that given his violence (you mentioned altercation) at a child's birthday party indicates a high risk and unpredictable person.

It was not that big of a deal to straighten out, but did delay things a few days.I also received a bill for child support once for two kids I never had LOL.

We do accept section 8 but are very picky when it comes to choosing a tenant.Yesterday I met up with a Woman and her two children and grandchild- a 22 year old man and a 14 year old girl, and a little boy--her son's child who was about 4 years old.

One injured or dead person (especially a child) that didn't have adequate exit or means of escape or lack of safety features etc. will bankrupt both businesses.

Hey @Aquila Oliveira - It is highly unlikely that a judge will overturn Elder Abuse - it is sort of like Child Abuse - something they do not play with.

Whether a tenants dog will maul their neighbours child or not is only one concern.
