She also wants carpets replaced.Mind you she has been smoking in there for her entire stay and periodically I need to remind her of our no smoking lease addendum she signed and it gets better for months before inevitably I start smelling it again in my unit. 

After she got denied she made up that she smelled marijuana in unit which is forsure a lie as no one had even been in unit for over 36 hours.

and do you like what your doing.and can you stop and smell the roses along the way.. and stay healthy as well.. for me I look at this kind of in 3 phases my building experience and maturity phase , middle phase kind of honing in on what you like,  then your late phase which at this point you should have experience and maturity kind of handled..
