Hey guys think i spammed to many post on my 2nd post attempt got banned lol.I have used resources such as a VA cold calling 6 hours a day using Mojo off with leads fromProp stream.

So far it's been a fun learning journey and have been networking and meeting a lot of interesting and cool people in an attempt to build my buyers list. 

I've been stalking the sales and running reports in attempt to build knowledge, mainly in BRRRR and flipping.

The Fed met and dropped the rates, and it is seeming/sounding like they are intending to let them drop a bit more in an attempt to encourage home buying, as from articles I've been reading have pointed that the economy is heading towards a recession.

Numerous attempts have been tried, but without MLS it comes down to "for sale by owner".  

I could attempt to find another tenant quickly.

During the attempt to do the sewer scope, the sewer inspector saw that there was pooling sewage water from what he could see through this little door.

Lots are about 200’-300’ away from the biggest body of water in North Dakota, Lake Sakakawea, and walking distance from a boat launch.

@Luka Friganovic what type of question are you attempting to ask exactly? 

I was curious as to which systems you attempted on your own and if you needed a tradesman to fix it for you in the future?
