If your wife knows in advance what KIND of deals you're looking for, I can bet it'll make it much easier to work with her on your decisions.

I just  switched to an ACH and gave them a choice how to do it when they renewed I gave a "discount" if they opted to go electronic.. 

I bet it feels pretty good when you think back to that single moment when you thought: "You know what I need to create the world's best site for real estate investing".

I bet any attorney you hire will want more $$$ than Rick & has never actually had to deal w/ your situation thinking through it "as an investor".  

@Tyson Luthy I like your idea as people like choices but if these aren't in your lease all that is required is that you rerent as soon as possible and you eat the lose of time. 

Best bet though is definitely the new Western Mass REI event that stared a few months ago.  

From my experience (primarily with employees) it is extremely rare that I have thought seriously about firing one and then didn't realize eventually that it was definitely the right choice.
