I put the 2009 version of this faucet (American Standard Cadet 6425) in my kitchen here at home and it's been OK since then: https://www.americanstandard-u...Around the same time, I had a local plumber replace the valve and shower head in my main bathroom, as it was more than I felt comfortable doing myself.

Spending a lot of money to add a bathroom when you're keeping this for a rental may not be the best way to go so the other thought I have is could that pass-through bedroom make for a great home office instead of a master closet?

Just start touring a lot of open houses in your area, looking at MLS pictures, etc and you'll build a library in your mind of how that particular kitchen or bathroom could look.

I was planning to have the electrical installed first so that their tools will work,  then install plumbing lines and toilets so that the wood workers and drywall people can have electric and a bathroom.

Apartments- New kitchen layout, moved laundry into each unit, updated bathrooms, new windows (curb appeal), updated paint and flooring, turned the laundry room into the 12 unit.AirBNB- changed usage on the main level from office to 2 unit AirBNB.Office building- removed drop ceilings to add 3 foot ceiling height to make the space seem larger with more natural light.

@Kyle Jeane this will depend on the area and topography but generally if your doing slab on grade the most important design features are main level living, open floor plans, easy access, minimum 34” interior doors for wheel chair access, handicap accessible bathrooms with grab bars and easy access showers and or walk in tub.
