While cozy doesn't necessarily offer weekly recurring automatic payments, it does allow tenants to make manual payments at whatever interval they'd like.

But in short- you can't just advertise a property and automatically deduct a renovation.

On the back end sometimes you can get them to automatically roll into a permanent financing but more than likely you will have to refinance out of it.

I combine that with Hospitable to automate and manage my messages…and automatically offer guests extra days on either of their trip if the nights are unhooked.

They automatically and almost instantly sync with one another.

I thought that Landlord Studio could do all, but I have had my tenant tell me that it wouldn't allow them to setup automatic payments. 

I used to use a service that would automatically debit their checking account and the deposit into mine.
