@Brenden Corder I'm form NC, Lake Lure is beautiful, but Maggie Valley will be more centrally located to more tourist attractions, and Maggie Valley is nice too.

Hey Laurens, The short answer is that will drastically vary from builder to builder and it will. 

You may be able to get creative with Mezzanine debt or Preferred Equity, but those are typically for larger short term deals.

I am primarily invested in Tampa but I have properties inland near other attractions, some right on the beach, etc.
