First, I apologize for the length on this, but I err on the side of too much info to start with.I'm looking at a mobile deal to wholesale and am wanting some advice on best practice to find the ARV.

Listen, I am sure you have read, listened, done the seminar thing, coaching, etc...to invest in yourself to learn real estate and I do apologize for knocking that.

I haven't had to deal with all the headaches that some of you owners have had so I apologize if this was a one-sided and ignorant post.
