Does anyone have access to the LandVision software that would be willing to share access?

I have always wanted to purchase an abandoned 18 unit apartment complex in my hometown. 

With this type of loan I would find a good mortgage broker who has access to multiple loan types and just ask them if there is a clause or what they know about it.

I can think of directly investing in buy and hold SFR or MF and Apartments, fix and flip, Syndications, Air BNB/short-term rentals, mobile homes/mobile home parks.

Any free/easy access first attempts for Lake County?

In one county, the information was easily accessible online, but in the county next door, you would have to go to the county clerk recorder and request the information.
