What a lovely Thursday morning...I am under contract on a house in Littleton.Co.

Old tenants claim they were not playing the TV or anything in the morning hours.so one big he said she said scenario.talked with both tenants. remained fair to both sides. told them we can't have this fighting. no one is going to win. i also reminded them that if they can not have civil discussion, then don't have one at all. i will not tolerate yelling and screaming inside the common areas of the property. period. that was two days ago.hoping this issue goes away, because i don't feel like babysitting. 

I am a newbie and was feeling discouraged this morning so reading your story was some good morning motivation.

There was never a question that I didn't have narrowed down to 2 answers with a strong leaning towards one of the 2 (75%).I also knew if I didn't pass I could retake in 18 days so there was no stress, the only downside of that is it's a 4 hour round trip drive for me to all the testing centers.Be really clear on the brokers escrow account rules and types of deeds and estates.  

Very few of those old boxes still being used,,and there problems of breakers NOT tripping and burning down the house.All I needed was a problem in that area. 

It can be setup easily so that you can disconnect it each morning, and turn it on at night.

Well inspection done this morning, but per contract was supposed to be done 3 weeks ago, buyers responsibility.
