If you feel the answer is yes, then I'd still advise caution since the "yes" may be coming from the idea that such a program will give you everything in need in a nice package and that's just not the case.

I often take on clients to teach them for a fee, but I have specific packages with set rates and those packages are defined to a specific time frame of support and sometimes a specific topic.

IE lender can freeze them at their sole discretion and even call them.. this happened in mass in the GFC I bailed out a lot of flippers who were mid BRRRR and their heloc all of a sudden was frozen .. and you don't know it until you try to access it the letter comes about 30 days later..
