Is JV " joint venture "?

So here is the question I bought the house under my corperation i started for this venture. when looking for a loan, the brokers and banks told me that i need a commercial loan because of the corp.

We for a Heloc Loan for the first one and actually Joint Ventured on a house with another couple.

Hello everyone, I'm in the Southern California area just started venturing out in real estate.My interest is in fix and flip/buy and hold.

Some people don't have the capital and/or credit to other things in real estate that make lots of money so wholesaling is a great place to start for that individual who can later on venture into other parts of real estate.

@Eric BlackWithout seeing your contract, I would venture to say that by signing a contract with your PM company, it gave them the authority to act on your behalf in regard to listing, renting and signing contracts with tenants.

Nice to see a few DIY LLs still remain!
