I know what I'm doing but I worry that my age and my relationship to the property might make them assume that the work isn't professional quality.

Hello Bigger Pockets, I am a young guy who is fairly fresh into the corporate world that has a goal to retire by the age of 35!

The term is a relic of the financial crisis and has no applicability in the current (but aging) housing bull market.

If you have 401k with the current employer most likely they will not allow you to transfer it out until you are either no longer employed there or reach retirement age.3.

However, I have been told in several of my Certified General classes the average age of an appraiser is 60+ and they are winding down.

I realize I want to be very rich at a young age.

I hope to maintain a comfortable lifestyle going forward with these investment and be able to fully retire at the age of 46.If anyone has some recommended resources in the area (REIA meetings, groups, etc) I would love to hear them.
