I have no ill will, I'm sure she is normally amazing as other people have stated and I do plan on given her (and them) another call but my initial intake calls with other TK providers have gone better, and I felt more valued even as a prospect.

And we were lucky enough to refinance to a 2.4% interest rate making our mortgage payment amazing.

Basically to make someone believe you are not trying to use the FHA loan "as a vehicle for obtaining investment properties" you have to have a "jump" i.e. the underwriters ask themselves "Why would someone want to buy a not-so-amazing quadplex in a not-so-amazing area when they already own a perfectly good, updated 2 bedroom condo in a great area close to work?"

The truth is, $1500 net cash flow is amazing and I said it twice now but it really is at that purchase price and with that amount of cash out of pocket.

We have access to cost price, amazing professionals, and insider knowledge which will ultimately save us tons of money in any renovation, big or small.Our goal for 2018 is two-fold: to become homeowners AND landlords.
