You can own more than one property with a VA loan, it depends on what your total allotment is.

Has anyone had recent success finding a bank that will offer a Heloc on a single family investment property in Jacksonville, Fl?

When analyzing a new build/“build to rent” property as a rental, what percentages/amounts are others using for:-Maintenance/Repairs-Vacancy-CapexI’d assume it’s less than than existing homes, but by half or is it safer to use the standard percentages?

I know there have been delays and issues during government shutdowns but this is a new one for me. 

I had Simplisafe for a while and had so many guests press it for no reason, it became a nightmare.

What caused you to get into a NOD?

I agree with @Chris Seveney that a performing note would be a very good starting point.
