I will say that there is a very high eviction rate in the Woonsocket area, and definitely some rougher characters, so you need to be very careful and thorough when screening your tenants.

Actually works pretty well But true, they have to have maintenance and don't let debris build up on it.if/WHEN replacing, be sure to have the crew REMOVE all UN-necessary lathe boards! 

We plan to go with a BRRRR strategy using quality but not luxury materials, so hopefully can attract good blue-collar tenants.Seems like the property manager is really key, both to maintaining the rental certification and to screening for quality tenants.

What are your minimum requirements set for an applicant to pass when screening possible tenants? 

We use it for screening   (background and credit checks) and regular rent collection, it's been great!!
