I am looking to transition this to my full time job and am also prepared to transition into an investor using the BRRRR method.

Without it, my transition from Tattooing to Investing could have been a much bumpier ride!

I transitioned about a year ago and love it.

There is a transition point where you have to balance both (with a strong will, determination, DISCIPLINE, and sacrifice),  and only then, you can make such a leap.

This is why I’m transitioning to owner financing .

I got my license to build up more cash to purchase more apartments - by doing so I can move close to financial freedom faster and also provide myself with an employment transition opportunity. 

It's been a good transition and flurry of activity learning as much as I can about each option mentioned. 

Currently I am going through a transition phase, trying to understand which pathway to take in order to become a successful real estate developer, and taking on some freelancing architecture jobs to keep bread on the table.

I joined my broker for the flexibility to transition in to sales on my own terms, after being an investor first.
