Does anyone have experience using the Home Style Renovation/Purchase Loan?

Also pay attention to the types of material and style of house that are selling.

He teaches step-by-step which no other seminar does.  

I hold workshops that teach people how to estimate the cost of rehabbing property.

I actually found a guy last night at my local REI that does short sales and he's going to teach me.

Pursuing one's PhD is an eight-year tour of college campuses, most usually followed by a career teaching within those soft confines.Get these academics out for a couple years in the real, non-theoretical world working as roofers or plumbers or waitresses and they will quickly grasp the true value of actually 'earning' a livelihood.

I guess that playing to one's ego is always in style :D There are certainly many who benefit from promulgating the fantasy that average Joe can sit around and day trade some financial products in their shorts and make a living doing it.
