In a very good school district as well

I am in graduate school so I have not been able to work full-time and be in school (I'm graduating next year).  

The best course in the area is the Long and Foster school. 

How much would you pay for Coaching..Responses from group3K, 6K, 25K...The 25K sounded outrageous, but the investor said he made it back in 1.5 months on first deal...Personally I learned from the school of hard knocks and asking lots of questions..

I'm a senior in high school and my main goal in this community is to learn as much as possible about investing in real estate so that I can make a strong, early start on my way to accumulating riches!

Student loan payments for professional school are about 3,500/mo, pay our own health insurance and netflix are pretty much all our monthly costs.

Its burgeoning middle class was the model of the world with excellent public schools and universities.

But that is still a good buy and hold deal to me.Its all about cash flow and staying in areas/houses that have good long term potential for growth. i.e. 3/2, 1,500 sq ft, in areas with good schools that are not "renter dominated areas" which don't appreciate much.....
