red flags all over the place on this one

Wanted to see if anyone had any red flags around options, or felt like one option was often considered "most desirable" so I should try to make it happen.

Refinished the original hardwood floors and ran matching red oak into the kitchen and mudroom.

But if she's much older than that, to me that'd be a red flag and an indication that the daughter has lived a life that has required her mom's involvement and help getting bailed out of situations.
