:)I've bought the books from Brandon about Rental Property Investing, Managing Rental Properties, and raising money to buy rental properties... so I feel I have a lot of head knowledge from BP and my form my earlier 20+ years of studies on renting, but I am completely lacking in experience, which I know is the most important factor... hoping to chat with you all here as I go about gaining that.

That facility was running about 65% full when we took it over and within a couple of months we had occupancy up over 90%.If you ever want to chat about self storage let me know.
