I've received several conflicting answers from lenders regarding the possibility of purchasing a home here in CA using FHA, since I still own the rental in Indiana that was purchased under an FHA mortgage.

As long as your home has kick @$$ marketing which highlights the marble and all of the high end upgrades, you will have a ton of potential buyers and you will receive offers that reflect what the market thinks your home is worth.The inventory here is so tight right now that if your home is amazing and priced aggressively (i.e. low), you will likely get multiple offers.

If I am not receiving any payment, is there anything I need to be worried about considering I do not have my RE license?

I went through the title claim process and was awarded a settlement however I didn’t receive any compensation for my attorney fees, the incremental holding cost required while claim process was in progress and fees involved with new construction as opposed to a flip.

I will need access to some online system to send/receive offers and counteroffers electronically? 

Six weeks after closing I received a tax bill for 2017 & 2018.

Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

On the Exterior: New roof and siding on house and garage, house received all new windows and exterior doors.
