Trustees are private attorneys who have an exclusive gig with the bankruptcy court.

I am looking to get funding from a private lender that does balloon financing, interest only payments at 6% for 5 years. 

I talked to this private lender that I’m building communication with and I thought I was prepared, but I felt like I wasn’t, even though I learned his lending policies.

Hard/Private Money is how I built the majority of my portfolio with none of my own money.

However I'm not financially prepared just yet to go it alone without private funding.I need to understand my options.

You could always try to get private money.My buddy does this with friends and family.
