Keep your money in cash except when the market suffers a severe shock, and then buy the index at a very low value.

I'm only shocked that there aren't about 100 times more fires than actually occur.

It is very shocking the number of people who don't call.

I would still use the $120K value and be pleasantly surprised, rather than using $130K and taking a hit on the back end.

I just wanted to say that 5 years after 9/11, I'm still shocked by the horrors that took place in my hometown, NYC.
