Many of them offer market syndication for your property, which means that with one click your property is listed on all of the major rental sites (apartments.com, zumper.com, rent.com, etc.).

Usually the MLS will give you the option to populate onto those other sites (depending on your area) so people searching those sites will see both and go for the cheaper one.

My goal is to simply continue to perform on our existing portfolio and then, after that, look at new opportunities.

I have the opportunity to acquire a 2nd note which is non performing with the intent of foreclosing and hopefully acquiring the first mortgage to do so.
