You can drop PMI later for the cost of an appraisal and keep your current interest rate even if future-current rates are way higher (6.5%-7.5% are historically perfectly normal owner occupant SFR interest rates), but the higher fixed interest rate on the "no PMI" plan is just that... fixed.

My home in Barrington, NH has zero water cost because the house has it's own well and zero sewer, because it has it's own septic tank, and zero trash brcause each resident has to tale their own trash to the transfer station or hire someone else to do so.

This seems counterproductive since every lender I've ever spoken with says that my credit and down payment could be perfect but the proven cash flow of the property is single most important thing for getting a commercial loan.How do I get my realtor or the seller to understand this without seeming like I'm trying to get something for nothing?

We got that person to agree to an eviction/buyout but would never put the eviction on his record in exchange for his cooperation.The day of the sheriffs eviction,  28 people were removed from the basement along with over 300 stolen bikes. 2 firearms, a giant fish tank suspended 6' in the air.
