Secondly, and it's just a pet peeve of mine so sorry if it seems petty, but if people want to get serious about investing in Pittsburgh, I'd highly recommend realizing we have an H at the end of it.

SCR 1-4 units and Town Homes 20% down for an experienced investor, 25% down for new investors.

In high season, I can rent each almost as much as a 4 bedroom house does but off season I do much better as people coming down would prefer a small condo on the beach.
