Then we did new carpet for the rooms and hallways and put the LVP in the den kitchen and bathroom area.

I’m looking at renewing the bathrooms, removing the carpet and replacing w/ laminate, roof looks to be be in decent condition, but I’d estimate about $12K in repairs.

The whole house got new paint, took out carpet for LVP, new kitchen countertops and paint, new back splash, removed popcorn ceiling, and new dry bar in the kitchen.

Bathrooms,kitchens, getting rid of the dropped ceiling in a few rooms and pulling up the ugly carpet to assess what’s underneath is a given.
