Hi I am looking to incorporate a real estate software that manages multiple transactions for a 14 person real estate team in NJ.   

Choosing properties isn't much more than knowing which numbers to run and deciding what you want to accomplish.

2 tenants in this duplex 1 pays on time every month the other one pays like 5 days late for 50% of rent then pays the rest even later if I evict I would have to give a 90 day notice as they have been there for a while (this is in ny) my property manager also thinks if I evict I can get 10-20% higher on this unit (this is my first property so i don't love taking on so much risk) just not sure what the correct move is here.

If you're buying in your town, the down side is you may have to manage yourself, may be difficult find 3rd party management.Good LuckGino

Whether a home is habitable or not will be a factual issue decided by a judge or jury if litigation ensues.

my grandmothers friend decided to go with them, and the gentleman Marcus used foul language with my grandmothers friend, told her she will never amount to nothing, used the F word and the list goes on. this happened last week!!.
