He'll need to register the AZ LLC in Michigan, which pretty much leads to MI LLC.

What is the average/normal financial incentive given to realtors that provide you leads of distressed sellers that are willing to sell RE at a discount?

Some of the orgs have silly, or poorly thought out internal processes that lead to issues like this.Not a good sign, as several have mentioned.Recommend getting to the bottom of it or replacing them.

Same thing with carryover capital losses from short or long sales.

I want to help people just starting out as wholesalers to have a path to generate leads for properties where time and partnering with realtors is your only cost.
