For people who have parents that read the Wall Street Journal daily or for people that have ever heard of using Quadratic Gaussian Models for the valuation of mortgage back securities, it come across as extremely condescending.For people in the middle, it might be a good pep talk.

In addition I share a cell phone with my husband.

I have to pay for health insurance, my cell phone bill, food and household expenses, lot rent and utilities, student loan payments and IRS debt payments.As far as finding a better-paying job is concerned, I could do that at the expense of my sanity.

During that time part of my reason going off the map was meeting two people (one that wanted my cell phone plan and one that wanted my phone).

@Jason Vaughn my bad on the numbers, you are correct, I had copied a tab in my spreadsheet and didn't remove a hard-coded cell lol. 

It's so middle of nowhere there isn't squat for cell service or wifi, like anywhere.

And since I didn’t share mine here goes:1) work out 250 days of the year. 2) begin to create daily REI videos I.e YouTube channel 3) Create semi weekly REI podcast 4) Help do 85 in office transactions.5) Help REI coaching clients do an additional 50 transactions. 6) Give 25,000$ to my alma matters for donations. 7) Take two memorable vacations with my wife and newborn. 8) Keep a weekly journal to give to my son 9) Provide substaial and beneficial support to those who ask through service. 10) To hold up to my expectations of doing business as person of faith, spirituality, intergrity, and moral character. 

The mom & pop property manager has a cell phone number that you can call and when you call that cell phone Susie the friendly Realtor and property manager picks it up and not only knows your first and last name off the top of her head she knows the address of your property and the names and occupations of your tenants.
