I want to provide adorable living for the lower income industries towards orange beach.

While I'm happy to be here, naturally I don't know anyone in the industry.

The industry has an 87% failure rate.

It has been 20 years or so, but when I worked at Prudential I would ask why didn't we open an office here or there....and they would always say they needed a team leader from another broker to agree to join and bring a minimum of 35 agents with them.   

The 10% sounds really nice, but it's nothing more than a loss leader.
