I'm new and JUST learning and so far this site's been my main source or really great content so I'll ask a question that's really 'green'...Locking down a property - is done with flex option ideally it sounds like?

I self-manage all of them using our system (there are other software platforms as well) and a network of maintenance professionals.I take an annual trip to all property sites or on extreme exception, e.g. hurricane in 2004 put a tree through the roof of a SFH so i flew down for that.

What tools/sites can i use to assess what the interior will cost me?

The BP group is pretty quiet, but that makes sense considered the action happening here on the site.

Actually i am looking to stay in the carpentry side i am thinking about doing it all myself aside from subs for electrical plumbing and site work. i dont know if thats the way to go or not but as of right now that is what i am hoping to do buy fix and sell
