I have been following along with bp for about a year, and we all have to say that this is a great platform to connect and get questions answered.

Love to connect with people on this platform and help wherever I can,finding good deals together in CA or other states.We are looking to invest in Foreclosures, Auctions and Bank REO's as they pop up more now as well and maybe even partner up with other investors if it all makes sense!

@Scott LeporeRealism doesn’t sell memberships/ coaching... or book speaking gigs that will feed the client pipeline... or build 1M followers on a social media platform (inc podcasts) that can be used to leverage sponsorships and further leveraged into building a private investment fund from fanboy/girls.

Is there another platform Canadian investors are using to find their comps? 

It's bold, but sometimes bold gambles pay off big.

Trying to bank on appreciation is gambling.

I see some or part of the cost on the platforms are paid by the renter; cleaning, booking fees, other fees, etc. 

 - WeirdCRM seemed to be a bit more robust than other software.NO hands on demo, only a guided presentation... no matter how often I asked, they had a sales rebuttal every time.Pros: Color Scheme felt a bit more vibrant and lively.In house integration as a single solution - why pay for multiple software.What am I asking from the BP community is if you have any experience raising capital on any other platform and what your feedback would be. 

Accounting is very great on that platform. 

In terms of another platform or forum - nothing is as big as BP, but local REIA FB groups and the NextDoor app will be your best bets.
