I live in Boston, and in most foreclosure "auction".. the bank representative shows up at the property and the auction process takes place.

If I happen to get the chance at foreclosure proceedings on some property, thats a bonus.

My goal here is to learn how to make money from pre foreclosures ad foreclosures for now.

Are they mainly foreclosures?

I was watching an infomercial by John Beck's program that claims you can buy properties for few hundred dollars (about $300) from tax foreclosure sales.

I am looking to possibly purchasing property in the foreclosure market from outside of the U.S.

I have been searching my legals for foreclosures going up for auction.

We also purchase a large amount of Foreclosures (Usually in $60MM Lots).
