I am not sure what happens to that HELOC but that is not a game I would be playing.

Hey @matt maitz i am new to the real estate game as well, but from my understanding, talking to investors reading books and listening to podcasts, you should shoot for 100 to 200$ a door per month.

I had a favourite going in to this analysis but after doing this, I actually went with something that was not my favourite because it was frankly better for my business.Personally I settled on Buildium as it has a robust feature set, has a strong and very active roadmap (after acquisition by Real Page) and is Canadian friendly (for the most part).

If I can start purchasing the second position based on needing to make the first loan current, but not necessary whole immediately, that will be a game changer for me and I super appreciate any feedback/ experience/ suggestion/ advice anyone has!!
