Can you provide more details about the transaction?

Looks like his approach is to outsource getting the lists (from various list vendors or agencies), sending the letters (no details given), and having people to answer the calls and input the data into realeflow.

Then after he was done he printed up this nice book that was all bound together with the details of what he found and everything that passed the inspection.

There are many small details that need to be taken care of & if something goes wrong you will have a lawyer that will have some ownership with that contract.As far as using a title company I am not sure what you state requires.Ray 8) [/u]
