Agree that an REO agent is not generally the best agent for a regular listing.  

We have verbally gone over all terms with the tenant and agreed to a price and all other terms.

Judging from the posts above, it looks like several others would agree. 

Those will exhibit the opposite of an inclined business cycle.I believe that an Investor can intelligently determine whether then business cycle will be inclined, declined or just horizontal by understanding what happens to their particlar neighborhood during the down cyle part of the business cycle.For instance, in the downturn, it is normal for Cities to lose money, and therefore cut services.

Thanks for the advice Alina, I agree my wife would be a great asset. 

My experience is that members go out of their way to help out others-take some time to go over a few threads and I think you will agree.
