Some people don't have a lot of personal assets, so the asset protection aspect does nothing for them and it's a waste of effort, time and money.

I know that's not what you want to hear, but some people are only concerned about cash flow, while other don't necessarily worry about it if they buy a property at a good price and the equity is building so they will be able to use it later to acquire more properties.We have had clients interested in Sac as well as other areas as the appreciation aspect is there, as well as cash flow.Good luck Scott!

If you're good at delegating and overall project management then subcontracting all the work can you give you more control over specific aspects of the remodel and keep costs lower. 

Wholesaling however, does have some regulatory aspects that differ by state and requires serious patience, dedication, time and energy.
