One has a $60/yr fee, the other doesn't have any fee because of a promotion they were running.Heloc would be far to risky those are the first instruments that are frozen.. unless you get one now and then ever green it right away. but then whats the point..  

Best to get your policies and procedures in order, so that even if you end up eating the cost on this door that will never happen again.I hope this helps.
