One has a $60/yr fee, the other doesn't have any fee because of a promotion they were running.Heloc would be far to risky those are the first instruments that are frozen.. unless you get one now and then ever green it right away. but then whats the point..

I don't know the extent of his conundrum but I do know that I won't be getting full rent from him during this time.I intend to work with him on this as much as possible, and potentially eat that cost over the long-term, but it's going to put me at risk in the interim.
