It is a piece of medical equipment.Don't be looking to pet clauses in your lease, or condo association bans on animals of certain sizes, or insurance company limitations on animals.The service animal is not, for the purposes of this sort of discussion, an animal.  

You are also reaponsible for everything...every piece of furniture, broken toaster and missing pillow is yours to replace.

I don't think it takes expensive furniture but its also about shopping for different pieces over the long run as opposed to buying everything all at once.

I've seen bits and pieces of this subject on BP, but I don't recall seeing anything comprehensive like an "ultimate guide" etc.

So I have a good idea of what belongs there & how the pieces should fit together.

Hi every one, First i have to say great site, i've been reading different discussions for a while now and finally decided to take the time and join.I've been in the construction field for some time now, and also worked as a union elevator mechanic  throughout NY and NJ for about 10 years. about 3 years ago invested all i had into starting a small landscaping business. although i haven't seen any return ( all profit seems to go back into the company, always a new piece of equipment to purchase) it is growing.
