I'll find the house at the auction block eventually and have to deal with an old fridge and dried moldy Sheetrock sometime next year.

Talk about a dry season!

TitleWorking on finding a title company that does double closings, preferably dry ones. 

I am the culprit and have sold many dry lots that I thought where worthless but then to see the property owner out camping on the property the next weekend he bought it from me,  that I thought was worthless, guess they call that pride of ownership. 

Seems overall, the demand has dried up.

Folks, this is a hotel room, consider towels left on floor, food in fridge, unmade beds, dirty counters, dishes in drying rack or dirty, etc is part of the cleaning.

The best advice I got early on from my mentor was to avoid paid 'marketing' and coaching services like the plague since they'll suck you dry, and to focus on only 2-3 marketing strategies that work well with your personality.  

The biggest issues with the interior was the unfinished stairs, partially completed bathrooms, and rotting exterior french doors.

@Shane BrownIf the mold is isolated to sheatrock like after storm related flooding, you could just cut out the bad sections of sheatrock and dry out the area.When it’s this bad and mold is on all surfaces, usually a crew in proper safety gear has to come in clean the place with a mold killing solution.
