Even though we have never disagreed so far, if I was to do it all over again I would do it separately.Good luck!

Meaning that if you budget $5,000 a year for CapEx, but have $0 expenses in Year 1 and $11,000 in Year 2, you would show $0 of CapEx expenses on your tax return in Year 1, and $11,000 in Year 2.The only thing I disagree with is not factoring in CapEx costs as expenses when trying to determine how profitable an investment will be.

I disagree on the Interior design costs you suggested, I would definitely not spend nothing near $100 per square foot on the whole project, lets not even talk about just the interior!!!

Now, I have not responded to this email,  but I wholly disagree that I" am not entitled to a commission" should I find a employing broker and choose to submit an offer.

@Vincent Crane I respectfully disagree that you need to meet 3 people per week and have a list of 100 cash buyers, etc.

Since the "guru topic" keeps coming up in these forums, I'll say that I'll naturally have to disagree a tad with   peeps who generally say all gurus are bad or liers, cheats and thieves.

(Learned after getting stood up for showings) I disagree fielding all those BS calls has to be a part of the process in this day and age although I guess it depends on property/neighborhood type as well.
