I prefer to have less controls placed on my business by my brokerage and more freedoms to pick and choose. 

Investing in the stock market is pretty risky when you think about the fact that you have very little control over how well the stock does.

@Ashley Zhang I have a local property manager on the ground in Kissimmee that handles the cleanings, pool care, pest control, maintenance and has a toll free number for the guests to call in case of an emergency.

Even if it's just a stepping stone for one to have better control of their own personal finances in order to get out of debt or save up money for a more traditional home.

As the investor/middleman in a sandwich lease your goal is to control the property with minimal cash out-of-pocket.
