For instance, here's a small screen shot of PMs listed for Dallas-Forth Worth area, where I've seen PM rec requests come from lately:Then you'll at least get some names of companies who are association members to start with.If your area doesn't have a chapter, like our Ohio, you can choose the "Location" option under that same "Search for a Member" section and it will list all of the PMs in the location range you specify.I hope that's a helpful tip!

Once that is complete we may look to move to a bigger house and turn our current house into a full rental, renting out the house for around $2k and the ADU for $900-$1k which should cash flow $400-$500/month for us and continue to see decent appreciation.
