I think the best course of action would be to find a junky Inglewood building close to the Culver City border and put some money into updating finishes and the exterior/landscape to attract young professionals that will be moving in the area in the next few years.Hope I helped!

I do know for a fact, a private lender would have programs to cross collateralize other properties to get this done with out having you "unload".

You need to rebel against that idea and define "enough" for yourself so that you know when to cross the finish line (rather than moving it).

I've seen increased interest in woodland heights and have seen some multis down there though they tend to be on point the southern border which is significantly less nice.
