When I see POF's from certain sources, some off the internet and some local(a couple I know are just BS as part of a wholesale mentor/partner program) straight to the trash they go.  

I intend to save out a piece of linoleum from the floor and use @Dawn Anastasi's trick of lining the bottom of the sink cabinet with linoleum to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future.Also discovered the source of yet another smell.  

These 5 yr old HW tanks will be re-sourced into properties we are going to sell.

What sources will they allow for the down payment?

So far I've only used the MLS to find deals which I know might not be the best source but that's what I'm the most familiar with.
